ANDALO’ GIANNI specializes in state-of-the-art high precision custom manufacturing (turning, 3-4-5 axis milling, flat-round-planetary grinding, wire/ram EDM, laser) of traditional and new materials from prototype to small production series.

We machine a wide range of metals like titanium, Inconel, Invar, and advanced technical ceramics (silicon carbide and nitride, alumina, zirconia, raw materials plastics loaded with graphite, and other materials such as sapphire, quartz, and carbon fibers) often combined to complex mechanical processing.

The company offers customers technical support during the design phase and feasibility consultancy. 

The company is equipped with several CAD-CAM stations and an air-conditioned metrology room with three-dimensional measuring machines and cutting-edge measuring instruments.

The company has been supplying single and assembled components to the main Italian and European aerospace groups since the early nineties, contributing to various space projects, e.g., LISA PATHFINDER and CHEOPS projects.
